Goodness&Co is honored that Isabelle GROSMAITRE is among 100 incredible women at Davos 2024 World Economic Forum. They came together to share inspiration, forge connections, and amplify our voices as part of a global movement.
The stats are eye-opening: According to a study by Heidrick & Struggles in 2021, only 5% of CEOs worldwide are currently women. In the USA, 6% of the 500 companies in the Standard and Poor’s index have female leaders. In France, despite progress, SBF 120 companies had 26.4% women on executive and management committees in 2023.
