We are thrilled to share this article, written by Forbes, about the journey of our founder Isabelle Grosmaître, to shift purpose into practice.
The clock is ticking. We believe we are at a tipping point for genuine reset. It may feel scary. Organizations need to reinvent their model and demonstrate their contribution to society and to the planet. Time is now for business to be purposeful. Time is now about action. There is a way to reconcile performance and social progress. Conscious leaders are becoming a movement, not a niche. We are ready.
It is with this vision that Isabelle recently published its first book : « Entreprises à impact, how can the new generation of leaders (really) change the world », sharing pathways to act, as the question is not anymore about the « why » but about the « how ».
