Inclusiv’Day is an event that highlights #ChangeMakers and pioneering companies that are shaping a more inclusive future.
Those who are ready to be #GameChangers in promoting Diversity and Inclusion. Beyond the speeches, it was a call to action to embrace every voice in our ecosystem.
Inspired by unity and creativity, we firmly believe in the need to give everyone the opportunity to be seen and heard.
No magic wand, but a few key levers discussed together:
1️⃣ It all starts with leadership: Ambition, Embodiment, and Empathy
2️⃣ Measure and share the progress: Monitoring indicators and integrating them into variable compensation.
3️⃣ Implement a more collaborative and inclusive governance involving all stakeholders.
Beyond the desire for Impact that drives us, it is by engaging both our minds and our hearts that we [truly] make the company a lever for progress.
